Altares has added Tinubu's credit risk assessments and tailored recommendations to its commercial offering, the company said, giving its customers access to analysis prepared by Tinubu's analysts. The two firms have worked together for over two decades, and the arrangement combines Altares Dun & Bradstreet data with Tinubu's analyst expertise, according to EIN Presswire.
How the Altares and Tinubu Assessments Work
Altares customers can now obtain in-depth credit risk assessments and tailored recommendations prepared by Tinubu's analysts, the company said. The offering is aimed at finance departments and credit professionals assessing business partners in complex risk environments.
Tinubu draws on Altares Dun & Bradstreet data, integrated into its data hub, to conduct its assessments, according to the report. The assessments are further enriched by specialised local data sources and publicly available online information, and each is conducted by multilingual analysts based across several continents.
Where necessary, and with the customer's authorisation, Tinubu may also contact the company being assessed directly to gather additional information and deepen its analysis. The approach is described as particularly valuable when financial information is limited or when a significant financial exposure calls for a more detailed assessment.
Tinubu has more than 25 years of experience in credit insurance and credit management and supports over 50 specialist insurers worldwide. In August 2026, EIN Presswire reported that Tinubu announced AI-native contract bond underwriting tools, including a unified workspace, an underwriter workbench and a rebuilt rating engine, cutting underwriting time from about two weeks to two hours.
"Our partnership with Altares is built on more than 20 years of trust, and this new phase reflects the same long-term commitment," said Benjamin Le Forestier, Senior Sales Manager at Tinubu. "Thanks to Altares' commercial reach and extensive network, our analysts' expertise will now be accessible to a much wider range of businesses."
Hasna Azdal, Sales Manager Channel at Altares, said: "By combining the power of Altares D&B data with the expertise of Tinubu's analysts, we enable businesses to take their risk assessment capabilities to the next level."
