Securetron highlighted PKI Trust Manager, its enterprise Certificate Lifecycle Management platform, on October 15, 2026, as organizations prepare for the CA/B Forum's move toward 47-day SSL/TLS certificate validity by 2029. The Toronto-based company said the platform provides a single pane of glass for all certificates, including SSL/TLS, code signing, and identity. A free Community Edition managing up to 500 certificates is available.
What PKI Trust Manager Does
PKI Trust Manager offers automated discovery across networks and cloud, centralized provisioning from public or private CAs, automatic renewal before expiry, instant revocation with global alerts, and Certificate Bill of Material dashboards. The platform integrates natively with Microsoft ADCS/MSCA and supports ACME, SCEP, and EST protocols. A new Boltron-AI module uses AI to discover PKI assets, profile application configurations, and generate onboarding runbooks automatically.
Securetron said shorter validity periods make manual certificate processes untenable. "With shorter validity periods making manual certificate processes untenable, PKI Trust Manager eliminates expiry outages through automation," the company said. Sarah Reid is named as the contact for Securetron.
Securetron builds infrastructure security products for PKI and AI governance, according to its company website. The company highlighted the platform through PRLog.
The 2029 Validity Deadline
The CA/B Forum's move toward 47-day SSL/TLS certificate validity is targeted for 2029. Securetron said organizations are preparing for that change. The Community Edition is available now.
