Phoenix Tower International's 15 Certified Markets
PTI holds certifications in Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, including the French West Indies, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Spain, and the United States, including PTI Corporate and PTI Services, alongside Peru. The company said the recognitions reflect the culture connecting its employees across global operations.
"What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it comes directly from our employees," said Dagan Kasavana, CEO of Phoenix Tower International. "It reflects the culture we continue to build together, one grounded in collaboration, respect, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence."
Marcella Barry, Chief People Officer at PTI, said being recognized across 15 markets reflects the people who make the company what it is today. The certification is based entirely on employee feedback about their workplace experience, according to the company.
PTI was founded in 2013 and owns and operates over 33,000 towers, rooftops and other wireless infrastructure across 24 markets in the Americas and Europe, serving mobile network operators and infrastructure partners through co-location, sale-and-lease-back and build-to-suit services. The company said the announcement comes as it celebrates its 13th anniversary.
