Nota appointed Ken Fuchs, former Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer of Caesars Digital, as an advisor to its Prediction Media network, the company said on October 15, 2026. Fuchs most recently served as COO and Chief Product Officer of Caesars Digital and Head of Sports Betting at Caesars Entertainment, according to EIN Presswire.
Fuchs's Role at Nota and Prediction Media
Fuchs advises Nota on demand-side strategy, operator relationships and the commercial structure of Prediction Media, the company's prediction games network for media companies. The network places free-to-play prediction games and contextual ad units on publisher sites and sells that inventory to advertisers through a single agreement. No money changes hands in the games.
Eleven media groups have approved going to market, together reaching more than 250 million monthly unique visitors, about 70 percent of the American public. Prediction Media is scheduled to enter beta with media partners in the fourth quarter of 2026.
At Caesars, Fuchs ran mobile and retail sports betting in more than 30 states, along with product and design, trading, operations, strategy, publishing, payments and fraud, and customer engagement. Earlier he was Chief Executive Officer of Stats, where he led optical camera tracking in NBA arenas and soccer stadiums and early work on computer vision and machine learning for predictive analysis.
"Ken knows what a prediction operator needs from a media partner, because he spent five years building and buying it," said Josh Brandau, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Nota. "He is credible with the operators and investors we are talking to, and he is direct about what will and will not work. That is what we want as Prediction Media goes to market."
Fuchs said: "Prediction markets are growing fast, and the audiences they want are spread across media platforms, with no way to buy them in one place and activate them meaningfully. Nota solves both problems with its technology and its broad media partnerships. I know firsthand how hard it is to find qualified customers, and I believe in Nota because no one else can deliver engaged media audiences to operators and brands at this scale."
Nota's Platform and Funding Records
Nota launched three integrated platform modules, Nota Intelligence, Nota Studio and Nota Growth, unified under the "Nota OS" positioning with POLARIS as the underlying foundation model, according to akta.pro company records. The company introduced tiered SaaS pricing, including Starter at $149 per month, Essentials at $399 per month and Pro at $699 per month, with annual contracts and a 60-day out clause. Nota has one funding round on record, a $3.3 million pre-seed in December 2022 led by Ankord Labs.
Earlier Nota Product Launches
Nota launched Studio in September 2026, a single AI system that converts one media asset into articles, clips, social posts and newsletters, EIN Presswire reported. Beta partners cut production time 70 percent and newsletter build time 85 percent, with one partner growing ad revenue 57 percent.
In July 2026, Nota launched an AI model optimization service for AWS Trainium and Inferentia chips, targeting companies lacking specialized personnel, StartupN reported. The service reduces model size by over 90 percent while maintaining accuracy, and claims a 68 percent reduction for a 32B-parameter language model.
Nota listed its AI video surveillance solution NVA on the Naver Cloud Marketplace in July 2026, StartupN reported. The company reported a 1.8 times increase in NVA orders in the first half of this year compared to last year.
