HomeArize Adds AI Question-Based Access Across Six Flooring Workflow Areas
By News Desk ·
Key takeaways
- HomeArize AI organizes suggested prompts around six areas: sales and revenue, customers and accounts, purchasing and vendors, inventory and stock, work orders, and quotes and estimating.
- Founder Rahul Vani said general-purpose business tools may not fully address flooring workflows and information needs.
- HomeArize serves flooring retailers, showrooms, dealers, contractors and installation teams through cloud-based business management software.
HomeArize introduced an AI feature that lets flooring businesses ask questions about their operations instead of navigating separate software sections, covering sales, purchasing, inventory, work orders and quotes. The company announced the launch on October 15, 2026, according to PRLog.
How the HomeArize AI Chat Works
HomeArize AI provides a chat interface where users type questions or pick suggested prompts tied to daily operations. The prompts are grouped into six areas: sales and revenue, customers and accounts, purchasing and vendors, inventory and stock, work orders, and quotes and estimating. Example questions include checking sales from the previous month, reviewing pending purchase orders, identifying low-stock items and checking the status of open quotes.
The feature complements the existing HomeArize platform rather than replacing it. Users keep managing business records through the relevant software features, while the AI interface offers another route to the same information. Sales staff review quotes and customer accounts, purchasing teams monitor orders and stock levels, and operations managers coordinate work orders and project activities.
"Flooring businesses have specific workflows and information needs that general-purpose business tools may not fully address," said Rahul Vani, Founder at HomeArize. "With HomeArize AI, we're making it easier for flooring professionals to explore relevant business information through questions that reflect their day-to-day work."
HomeArize sells cloud-based business management software for flooring retailers, showrooms, dealers, contractors and installation teams. The platform covers customer management, estimating, project management, scheduling, inventory, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, commissions and digital documents. The company describes the AI feature on its website.
HomeArize's Platform and Partner Integrations
According to akta.pro company records, HomeArize has built native FCB2B protocol integration connecting its platform directly to manufacturer product feeds from Shaw, Mohawk and Armstrong for live pricing and inventory synchronization. The company also lists accounting integrations with QuickBooks and Xero, both offering two-way sync of invoices, payments and expenses on its Growth and Enterprise plans, plus a native MeasureSquare integration that brings floorplan takeoff measurements into its quoting and invoicing workflows.
The same records show HomeArize extended its service footprint from Australia to the United States and Canada through a dedicated US/Canada phone line and multi-currency billing. The company serves flooring retailers across Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
